Do I need to even lift...bro?

Prior knowledge and experience regarding training, whether its general conditioning, athletics, calisthenics or weightlifting is not a necessity. Of course it will help, but our experienced coaches are able to develop athletes from beginners to advanced level. We want people to progress in their training and have a holiday to remember.

Do I have to do every session?

We want to make the trip as fun as possible. For some this may mean training twice a day every day, for others this can mean only a few times in the week. We will be offering coaching and gym access every single day. It is up to you to decide whether you want to sleep in late and lounge on the beach one day, or you can choose to get up and pick up that Barbell before you decide to have a day by the beach.

I have my own program, do I have do to yours?

As mentioned above, we provide the services for you, you can choose to do your own thing, that includes in your training or you can take advantage of

Do you offer flights in the package?

At this time we do not offer flights as part of the package due to legal reasons depending on your package. Certain packages have flights included through our ABTA and ATOL insured partner. Where indicated please book your flights for arrival for the time directed on the trip information page. We provide the transfers from the airport to your accommodation where stated.

I can't find flights available for that arrival time?

Where flights are NOT included and travelers book their own flights we may not be able to provide transfers if you cannot arrive at the time indicated, on the trip information page, we will do our best to assist in helping you arrive at the accommodation, whether this is before or after the arrival of the rest of the group.

All flights are booked out for the week I want to go? (REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY)

Once booked and paid for the customer has 14 days to cancel the holiday booked for a full refund.Deposits are non-refundable. Please see the terms and conditions link on each holiday page for the cancellation policy.

What if I want to transfer my booking to another Beaches and Barbells holiday?

Transfers are specific the terms and conditions of each holiday. Please see the terms and conditions on the specific holiday page.

Do I need a VISA?

Travel information for each country will be different. For the Cyprus trips UK residents can find information here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/cyprus/safety-and-security . As a member of the EU a person holding a British passport can enter Cyprus without a VISA. Please make yourselves aware of the requirements for entering your destination country.

Where am I going to stay?

We offer a range of self-catered apartments, b&b’s and hotels so this will vary depending on your trip booked.

As an example, in the case that a group of 10 have booked with us, typically the arrangement will consist of a 3-bedroom apartment allocated to 6 individuals and a 2-bedroom apartment allocated to 4 individuals.

How does the sharing work?

We aim to have 2 single beds in each bedroom. Should you wish to share with someone or if you are a couple then you should inform us. As you are essentially all sharing an apartment we trust that when you arrive you will be able to make any changes if necessary.

How do I get to the training facility and back?

Most of our accommodations are within walking distance of the gym.

Do Beaches and Barbells protect my money?

You and your athletes money is covered under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and is held on trust until you have returned home. So you can rest assured you will be able to get home safely!
